This weekend I wanted to test out a new recipe I received from a friend who is a
snickerdoodle cookie fan. Since the cupcakes were not going to be served until the day after I made them, I opted out of the 7 minute frosting that the recipe called for and used a sweet butter frosting instead. While the sweet butter frosting was tasty, I will try the next batch with the 7 minute frosting to see the true difference. These will definitely be made again.
